Moldavite is a rare natural glass formed about 15 million years ago when a meteorite struck the Nördlinger Ries in Germany. The heat from the impact melted the surface rock and sent it into the sky where it cooled as it fell back to earth as green tektite.
Besednice Ježkovna Moldavites are one of the rarest and most high-frequency tektites on Earth. Mined from a small Czech locality that’s now permanently closed and protected, these pieces are famous for their sharp, naturally sculpted surfaces. With no more being found, they’ve become highly prized by collectors and energy workers for both their beauty and powerful vibration.
