Feeling Energy

Feeling energy isn’t something new you have to learn. It’s awareness you already have. You’ve just been trained to ignore it. Every object, person and place carries a field of energy, including you. That field extends beyond your body and constantly interacts with other fields around it. Stones carry extremely stable frequencies because their internal structure is crystalline and highly ordered. That stability is what you’re tuning into when you feel energy from a stone.
Your body has its own electrical system. Every heartbeat and every thought sends electromagnetic waves through your field. The outer layer of that field responds to what’s nearby and harmonizes or resists depending on the frequency it meets. When you hold a stone, its electromagnetic pattern overlaps with yours. What you feel is that resonance. Sometimes it feels like warmth or tingling, other times it feels emotional or like a shift in awareness.
The key to feeling this is focus. Energy moves where attention goes. When your awareness rests on the interaction between your hand and the stone, your brain begins translating that energy into sensation. You’re not creating it. You’re noticing what’s already happening.

Start by holding a single stone and stilling yourself. The less movement there is in your thoughts, the easier it is to sense subtle vibration. The electromagnetic field of your heart is one of the strongest in your body, so breathing slowly through your chest helps stabilize your field. As you breathe, let your awareness sink into your hands. Feel the temperature, the pressure, the life beneath your skin. As your mind quiets, your perception expands beyond physical touch.
If you pay close attention, you’ll notice something starts to change, a warmth that builds in your palms, a gentle buzzing, or a soft pulsing that seems to come from both your hand and the stone. What’s happening is coherence. Your field is synchronizing with the stable frequency of the mineral. It’s not transferring energy to you, it’s bringing your vibration into harmonic alignment.

At a metaphysical level, energy sensitivity happens through your etheric body, the energetic template that connects physical matter and consciousness. When you hold a stone, your etheric field recognizes its structure and begins to mirror it. That mirroring is what you feel as vibration or movement. Your nervous system is simply translating subtle frequency into physical sensation.
The more relaxed and hydrated your body is, the easier it becomes to feel. Water conducts energy and your body is mostly made of it. Movement, sunlight and breath also strengthen your field. That’s why spending time in nature naturally heightens your sensitivity, your energy becomes coherent again.
If you still feel nothing, stop trying to feel. Shift into awareness instead. Most people block energy by overthinking or expecting an instant result. Energy responds to attention, not effort. The moment you let go of needing to feel something, you start feeling everything.
Over time you’ll notice that each stone has a signature frequency. Some expand your field outward, others ground it inward. Some raise awareness to the crown, others stabilise the base. You’ll begin to sense these directional flows as temperature shifts or waves through your body. That’s not imagination. It’s the movement of prana, or life force, guided through resonance.
When you can feel this clearly, you start to realise you’re not just sensing the stone, you're sensing the invisible field that connects all matter. The same energy that holds galaxies together runs through your body and through every mineral on Earth. The more still you become, the more that unity reveals itself.
Feeling energy from stones isn’t about getting energy from them. It’s about remembering that energy is everywhere, constant and alive. The stone simply gives your awareness something stable to reflect against.
So hold it, breathe, feel, and listen. The moment you stop trying to reach for energy, you’ll realise it’s been touching you the whole time.
