Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping service selected.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed carefully and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.
During busy periods, weekends, public holidays, or launches, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted by email.

New Zealand orders are sent by tracked overnight courier.
International orders are sent with tracked services.

Returns and return shipping

If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed where required by law.
