2. Products
Conscious Creators offers natural stones, tektites, impact glass, carvings, jewellery and related items.
Unless stated otherwise, you are purchasing the exact item shown in the product listing.
As these are natural materials, each piece may include natural variation in shape, texture, tone, inclusions, surface marks or other characteristics that are part of the item itself and not a fault.
Product descriptions, measurements, weights, photos, and other details are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variation may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted.
Conscious Creators reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order where there is a pricing error, listing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or any other issue that prevents the order from being fulfilled.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be updated at any time before an order is placed.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are packed with care and dispatched within the stated processing time, or within a reasonable time where no specific timeframe is stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Conscious Creators is not responsible for delays, losses, returned parcels, or extra costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
For international orders, any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact Conscious Creators as soon as possible so the issue can be looked into with the carrier.
6. Title and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.
7. Returns, Faults, and Remedies
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact Conscious Creators as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
Where a product does not meet the guarantees required by New Zealand consumer law, Conscious Creators will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
If you change your mind about a purchase, any refund, exchange, or store credit will only be offered where this is provided for under the Return Policy.
